Delivery Lead Time

1.For a samples order,the lead time will be 5-7 working days after receipt of the payment.

2.For a formal order,the lead time will be 10-20 working days after receipt of the payment.

3.For a bulk order,the lead time will be 25-35 working days after receipt of the payment.

Minimum Order Quantity（MOQ）

1.For the first order,we have no limit for the quantity.

2.From the second order,the MOQ is 100pcs per model.

OEM Service & ODM Service

1.If the order quantity is above 100pcs,we can silk-screen print the customer's logo on the

product by free of charge.

2.We can put the customer's model numbers in the stickers of the products,boxes,and in the

manuals by free of charge,and there will be no order quanitities limited.

3.We accept ODM projects, and welcome your enquiries!

Warranty Policy

We provide two years warranty for CCTV Camera,one year for DVR,one year for other items after the

shipment date. Any defective under normal usage,we will repair or replace it by free of charge.

1.If our customers could repair the products by themselves,we will supply the spare parts.

2.If the customers couldn't repair the products,the products will need to shipped back to us,and we repair

and afford 50% freight charge.

3.All of our products are 100% passed strictly quality insection before delivery.
